Sam Hamblin is Web Designer, Graphic Artist, and New Media Marketing specialist located in Southern Illlinois. Hamblin has attended Southeastern Illinois College in Harrisburg, IL, Southern Illinois University Carbondale, and is now Attending the University of Southern Indiana in Evansville, IN majoring in media development, and production. Hamblin has an extensive background in computer repair and troubleshooting as well, having taken classes in Computer Information Systems/Network Administration at both Southeastern Illinois College, and Southern Illinois University Carbondale. Hamblin currently holds an A+ certification in computer repair.
Hamblin has designed graphics since the age of 13, and has been extensively self trained in the Adobe Photoshop platform, and is an expert at cross intergration with the full Adobe line up to Adobe Master Suite CS4.
Hamblin has designed graphics for many individuals/companies through various jobs. Hamblin has worked as a graphic designer in the cattle industry working for Angus Topics in Carmi, IL. Hamblin has designed ads for individuals such as Kristin Melton who is currently the first runner up in the 2009 Mrs. International Pageant, and his work is on proud display at The Blue Martin in Carbondale, IL as the logo for the bar was designed, and created by Hamblin.
Besides graphics, Hamblin expanded into photography and video editing in 2007 when he purchased his first Macbook Computer. Hamblin has been self trained once again in the video editing/photography, and is an expert with iLife ‘09, Adobe Premier Professional, Adobe After Effects, and Final Cut Express programs. You can see some of his video work on display on his youtube channel that features his over dramatized opinions of life and current events in “The Sam Hamblin Show.”
